The Ventline S0721 Series comes in various widths, and from what I've seen they all vent out the back. If you have a 24 inch available space above your cook top and the Ventilne hood you have vents to the rear, the # 324-000087 would work perfectly for you.

Examine how different, if any, your trailer suspension sets when the trailer is disconnected from tow vehicle, level and unloaded with empty water/waste tanks. The Lippert SolidSteps like the part # LC678028 are universal enough for RV doors that you really only have to make sure you have the correct kit based on the door width. The # LC678028 is for 28 inch to 30 inch wide doors like what would fit your RV since it has a 28 inch wide opening. The hinge width has already been taken into consideration. You can manually adjust self adjusting brakes like the part # K23-478-479 that you referenced. You basically just use the access port on the back of the assembly to move the star wheel to the desired tightness. The linkage for the self-adjusting hardware will partially obstruct access but it is possible to get in there far enough to make the adjustment as I've done it before. For a brake spoon we have the part # W80630.
